Indoor pool requires a swim hat at €3 each!!! The indoor pool is shockingly cold and overcrowded with kids. Queues for seating are excessive, making dining a prolonged experience. Dinner options lack variety and drinks aren't included. Improvements urgently needed!!!

Amazing kids club fun

The entertainment staff were SO much fun! My daughter loved the kids club and the evening shows kept us smiling. The food got a bit repetitive, though. 😕

The kids loved the mini-aqua park, and the evening shows were a blast! We even got a surprise champagne on my birthday.

The pools and slides were fantastic! ! We had so much fun, and the lifeguards were friendly and attentive. The staff, especially the Animation Team, made us feel like part of the family and kept the energy high throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the coffee and fresh orange juice at breakfast – a perfect start to the day!

The food options at dinner lacked variety, and we found ourselves wishing for more diversity in the menu choices.

Fun family time!

We had a blast at this place! The water slides were epic, and the kids loved the kids club. Mark at the bar was a legend, always getting us those fancy cocktails. The snack bar was a life-saver for quick bites. Only thing was, the indoor pool felt pretty crowded at times.

I had a fantastic time with my family here. The pools were enjoyable, and we loved the indoor and outdoor activities. The entertainment staff kept the kids engaged while we relaxed. One night, the host made everyone laugh, and that made our stay memorable. it was a great family experience, especially being from the Bahamas where we appreciate the ocean.

There was a lack of atmosphere at the bars, and sun-bed availability could be better.

Great location just a short walk from the beach, and the hotel facilities were impeccably clean. The food included local meats which were enjoyable, although the buffet menu became repetitive after a week, particularly with the heavy presence of pork. While most staff were friendly, communication was strained due to language barriers, especially in the restaurant.

Mark at reception helped us with park tickets, pure gold really. And don’t even get me started on the surprise bottle of champagne ! it made my birthday feel special.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you know what? It was still worth it.

The hotel was well-located, being close to great water parks and the beach, which was perfect for our group. The pool area was enjoyable, and we appreciated the variety of food options available at every meal.
